1. A programmable controller is adopted in the controlling system. A frequency-conversion and transformation speed governing device (VVVF) the most advanced in the world, and a programmable controller (PLC) are adopted in the VVVF electrical controlling system. These devices have heightened greatly the intelligent level, reliability and the veracity of the controlling system, reduced the hardware of the controlling system and enhanced the protective functions of the controlling system.
2. VVVF stepless speed regulation is adopted in the hoist gear, the slewing gear and the trolley travel gear, which makes the gears realize stepless speed regulation in the starting, speedup, slowdown and applying-the-brake processes, reduces the impact to the machine, enhances the security, steadiness and comfort of the crane, prolong the working life of the crane, and raises the working efficiency of the crane. Current vector control is adopted in the stepless speed regulation system. The speed controlling precision is up to 0.01%, which make the crane take its place exactly in working. The stepless speed regulation system has many protecting functions, such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, out-of-speed and motor protections.
3. A advanced safety monitoring system is fitted out, which can display and record the working parameters of the crane in real time, and is up to the request of the FEM standard down to date.
4. A hoist rope sag limiter is adopted and it reduces the sag of the hoist rope when the hook is nonloaded, which improves effectively the passing performance of the tower crane in using.
5. The main jib is statically determinate structure adopting double tie bars, which makes the X value of the circular stress feature close to 0 when the main jib is on the hoist plane, and razes out the peak value of stress and greatly improves the safe performance of the jib frame.
6. The typical section can be replaced by the one of H3/36B, which provides consumers with a wide choice and agility.
7. The main jib can be adjusted in length to meet the needs of constructional engineering.
8. The parts of line are changed automatically and manual assistance is not needed.
9. A climbing step clocked device is adopted to ensure the safety in assembling and disassembling.
